Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative and Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service while assisting with insuring proper payment of customer accounts for our company.


  • Customer and Sales Support
  • Various Accounts Receivable Duties
  • Interact with Customers and ensure proper payment of accounts
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties


  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, and customer service
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
